1. Seller & Service
The Sprezz platform ("Sprezz", "we", "us") is operated by Studio Maré. Sprezz is a SaaS platform that allows you to create, customize, and publish a personal portfolio page at sprezz.studio. By creating an account or using the service you enter into this agreement with Studio Maré.
2. Merchant of Record
Subscription payments to Sprezz are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. Their terms apply to the payment transaction.
3. Subscription & Pro
You can create and publish a portfolio page on the free tier at no cost, including full colour customisation, fonts, standard cards, and a basic view count. Pro features — removing Sprezz branding, custom card layouts, and detailed analytics — require an active Pro plan (EUR 3/month, EUR 30/year, or a one-time EUR 49 lifetime purchase). You can cancel recurring plans at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to send spam, to upload content that infringes third-party rights, or to circumvent platform limitations. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
5. Intellectual Property
The Sprezz platform, brand, and software are owned by us. Content you upload (photos, text, links, and other profile material) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, or breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
