No. Sprezz is the page. List what you sell, add your hours, and let the assistant answer. Connect Mollie, Stripe or Shopify when you want a payment link.

Your name, what you sell, photos, hours, contact, and an assistant trained on your own notes. Turn sections on or off so the page matches how you sell.

It answers from the prices, hours and notes you gave it, takes the request, and saves the customer in your inbox. It does not invent a price, a stock count, or a time slot.

Connect Mollie, Stripe or Shopify and the assistant can send a payment link. iDEAL shows up when that account has it turned on. Until you connect one, the assistant saves the request and you confirm payment yourself.

Yes, as a request you confirm. The assistant can offer a hold until the time you taught it, and save the customer’s name in your inbox. It does not expire the hold on a timer by itself yet.

You can write the rule, for example order before 15:00 for next-day delivery, and the assistant will repeat it. It does not manage delivery zones or a slot calendar on its own yet.

It says it will check, saves the question in your inbox, and you reply. It will not make up a price, a stock count, or an opening time.

No. Sprezz is a flat plan: free, €9/month, or €19/month. We do not take a cut of what you sell. Mollie, Stripe or Shopify charges its own payment fee if you connect one.

Growth (€9/mo or €90/yr) adds branding, products on the page, and 200k tokens. Business (€19/mo or €190/yr) adds a custom domain, CSV exports, fuller insights, and 1M tokens.

Yes. Manage the plan from Settings. Sprezz billing runs through Paddle. No long contracts.
