Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

Studio Maré, operator of the Sprezz platform, is the controller of account holder personal data. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish on your public profile page.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, username, and profile settings.
• Published profile content and media you upload.
• Usage logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Billing data (handled by Paddle as merchant of record).
• Contact and newsletter submissions, if you choose to send them.

3. How we use it

To provide the service, authenticate accounts, send transactional emails (sign-in links, account notifications, password resets), bill subscriptions, and improve the product.

4. Sharing

We share data with the following processors and recipients:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Paddle — payment processing and billing (merchant of record).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Render — application hosting.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Published profile content is removed or anonymized when you delete your account, subject to backup retention cycles.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. Contact support@sprezz.studio.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days. Contact support@sprezz.studio and we will process eligible refunds via Paddle.
