Sprezz is operated by Studio Maré. You may request a refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe.
  2. Submit a refund request through the Paddle portal, or contact us at support@sprezz.studio and we will arrange it on your behalf.
  3. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your billing dashboard. After the 14-day refund window, cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund payments already made for the current billing period.
